Entry Requirements and Focus
This intensive is open only to students with a firm foundation in Gulun Kung Fu who have:
We recommend three months of consistent daily practice before joining this retreat. If you wish to qualify in advance, you can complete the foundational syllabus via gulunkungfu.org/online.
All participants should have completed the foundations and have a stable practice; previous attendance alone does not establish readiness.
You have learned the foundations and practised them consistently. Now there is time to put that work directly in front of the lineage holder, refining the subtle internal mechanics of the basics while taking the next step in the Gulun syllabus.
Lóng Xíng Gōng (龙形功, the Dragon Form) is the planned focus for the advanced form work. This soft, flowing form combines expansive movements to stretch the body with powerful movements to express internal power.
